Chefs Paulo Barros and Salvatore Loi have turned Modern Mamma Osteria into one of the
city’s trendiest Italian restaurants. The entire menu is delicious and it’s hard to choose just one
option! Start with the fine Focaccia stuffed with buffalo mozzarella, zucchini and eggplant
(R$41 – for two people) or the golden potato Gnocchi stuffed with veal and tomato sauce
(R$49 – serves up to two people). Pici with pepperoni ragout and porcini with grana padano
fonduta (R$59) – in addition, of course, to the house classic which is the golden veal lasagna
with grana padano fonduta and black truffles (R$69). The packages were created especially for
MOMA and, if the customer wishes, it can be placed in the microwave. It has the option of
take away, just send a message through Instagram and the delivery is delivered by iFood.
